According to page 18 of the O level History Study Pack found on this website, the political, social, and economic organization of late Stone Age communities was based on the Lineage Mode of Production. This mode of production was characterized by a system where families or lineages controlled the means of production and distribution.

In terms of politics, these communities were organized around kinship ties and had no centralized political authority. Decision-making was done through consensus among elders or heads of lineages.

Socially, these communities were organized into small groups that were largely self-sufficient. They lived in small settlements and engaged in hunting and gathering activities for subsistence. Social status was determined by age, gender, and skill level.

Economically, these communities relied on hunting and gathering for their livelihoods. They had no concept of private property and resources were shared among members of the community. Farming was not yet practiced during this period.

Overall, late Stone Age communities were characterized by a simple social structure with no centralized political authority or complex economic systems.
